Learning da Nort Street Beat

A cold day, less wind and mostly sunny.  There was a few showers that passed over, wintry at times.  Beautiful calm evening, with an amazing northern lights show, I missed it.

Arrived at work, a morning working with James.  After break, I set off with Cliffy, collecting bulk waste removals from Virkie, Boddam, Levenwick, Sandwick, Burra and Scalloway.  After lunch, more bulkies around Lerwick.  A chilly walk with Sammy after work.  Working in the shop this evening, a fairly quiet night.  Last walkies, might catch the NL before bed.  

James has yet again been showing me the ropes.  This morning he took me around doing the "north beat", a daily route for street cleaning.  I grabbed the borrow, loaded with bin bags, litter picker, brush and shovel, off we set.  Mostly straight forward, just be a memory game trying to remember where all the bins are located.  After we cleaned, he took me around and showed me the "south beat" route.  Me loaded up and ready to go, Commercial Road, Lerwick.
