Locking up again
This is our week for locking up, and I need my alarm to remind me; in the past we've been heading for bed before realising that the church was still unlocked. It must be a little suspicious to see torchlight moving up the path of a rural church not long before midnight . . .

Hurricane Milton has been a bit of a shocker. We lived in South Tampa several decades ago so we can imagine how far a storm surge might reach. During our stay there I had to evacuate one of the F16s from MacDill AFB (to a base in Georgia), leaving my poor wife behind to deal with the weather; she reminds me quite frequently . . .
