Abstract Thursday...Autumn

A most beautiful day for a walk, so B, G and myself did our weekly walk today instead of yesterday. I  really enjoy our time together, they are such good company. The leaves on the trees and shrubs are really looking fabulous now in all their fiery autumn colours.  This afternoon I cooked my vegetarian meal from home, as is the option, tofu and courgette curry. I think I might continue to do this in future, so much easier. The dish was okish, and the texture of the tofu was soft, but I am still not enjoying the taste of it. I might substitute it for chicken next time...but don't tell the tutor!!
