New project

In a moment of enthusiasm, and quite some time ago, I promised my son and daughter-in-law that I would make them a quilt for Christmas. So now I am in the anxiety-filled thinking and planning stages. I have a pattern in mind, but the colours are concerning me: they have asked, between them, for green and teal: the latter a colour I realise is not easily understood.
Hence the colour chart.  I love the fact that I can use scientific analysis of colour to help, then throw it out and just do what I think works. It's an ideal combination of logic and creativity. 
Luckily I have a big stash of recycled fabrics to complement any I buy. I will get there, and it will become an enjoyable project soon....
