The accidental finding

Merry berries

As I walked to work, it dawned on me that, once the clocks change, in about three weeks' time,  I will have to look for  morning or lunchtime subjects for outdoor blips. With this in mind, I captured the berries outside a handsome house in the old town.

I was walking to the Town Surgery, where I work on Mondays. The day passed uneventfully. At one point I went with an older women to the college to enrol on an art course, because she has no computer, no mobile phone, no email. I hadn't thought about how hard that would be in today's world. She hasn't had children or grandchildren to guide her through the digital era, and now doesn't think it would be worth the time or expense to get started.

When I got home (by bus) I still had a headache, so I took a Lemsip and went to bed. Got into comfortable clothes, and had a microwave ready meal. Started watching a programme, and fell asleep after the first ad break ! Woke up and it was over. Steve had to remove my food tray an hour after that, and encourage me up to clean my teeth and get into PJs. I've managed to watch the rest of the programme, and edit my writing homework for tomorrow, but it won't be long now before I return to the Land of Nod.

Clearly my convalescence will take longer than anticipated.
