Flight to the Isles of Scilly. 19 seater light aircraft. 

Don't know why I always seem to get the middle seat directly behind the pilots. It's not as if I'm the first or last to check in or anything like that. It's noisy up front, but watching all the dials and seeing the pilots react to the small alarms is strangely reassuring, and I can still see perfectly well through the side windows. 

Shortly after arriving on St Mary's we spotted a rare bird close to where we are staying - a short toed lark. I got a photo of sorts and will maybe add it as an extra when I get home. I am not processing any of my main camera photos whilst away.
