We have two Blackbirds around our garden at the moment and they are often to be seen in the Rowan trees eating the berries. Now they have found the apples that have fallen on the grass. Later, especially when it gets much colder,  there will be quite a gathering of neighbourhood Blackbirds . . . and there are plenty of apples to go at.

Thank you so much for all those lovely comments on the birthday cards yesterday. I sent Ella the link and she was delighted to read all the nice things that were said.
