Nethersoond

A red sky this morning, that sailor's warning.  Dull and windy most of the day, cooler and rain this evening.

Arrived at work, headed out on the south essykert with Jack driving and Lewis a loader with me.  Black bag bin day around Tingwall, Girlsta, Stromfirth, Whiteness and Weisdale.  Saw an otter this morning, and plenty of mice in the bin boxes.  Walkies with Sammy after work, popped by Madeline's for a cuppa.  A quiet evening at home with the telly.

That fine spell of weather was lovely, knew it wouldn't last forever, and we escaped with a fairly fine day for work today.  The trees definitely have that autumnal look, leaves are turning brown and falling fast.  Gales meant to come in next week, that'll probably cleared the most of the remaining leaves.  Looking over the Nethersound area, in the Cott Road, Weisdale.
