Selkee manor

I participated on a bus trip to Mouhijärvi, former municipality, now part of Sastamala town. Just about 50 kilometres away, but an area I don't know too well. I hope I'll find time to revisit some of the side roads on my own to photograph the beautiful landscapes.

We had lunch at Selkee manor.. It was owned by the state, then some local companies, but after being converted back to a private home, groups of visitors don't get to see it often nowadays. Our guide has managed to make a few exceptions to that rule. The owner has done a great job with the interior and it was a great joy to get to eat in the gorgeous dining room.
