Moving House

I  came across this scene on my walk this morning. The mobile home has been on site for at least a year now while the owners had their stables converted into a dwelling. They lived in this for ages.

They have now moved out of the caravan and into their new house - but there is still plenty of work going on outside….and a bit inside still!

The lorry was shuffling back and forth for ages - trying to get out without knocking the new walls / gate posts down!!

I turned around and left them to it. I also completed 900 miles of walking this year…just over one mile per day needed now to complete the 1000.

We have a busy weekend ahead…apparently it is ‘grandparents day’ on Sunday (a new one on me)…so we have the grandchildren to look after for a couple of days. We are taking them to a theme/adventure park on Saturday, and we shall see what Sunday brings…blip opportunities may be limited.
