It’s the haar

It was misty on our early morning walk at Port Seton Harbour, although, the haar gone by this afternoon. Nice and sunny now.

Had a fun and busy time in the charity shop, which included Jackie, (the assistant store manager), and I manhandling the male dummy, sorry mannequin, as we tried to reattach his leg. His arm and hand proceeded to fall off. Who needs surgeons in the NHS when we are around. 

Anyway, once back home had a quiet afternoon and now looking forward to watching ‘The Chase’. How come young people seem to know so little general knowledge … there’s no excuse not to know the capital of Jamaica, or who Henry the eighth’s third wife was, especially with the inter web around. 

Did you know that Queen Anne’s sister was Queen Mary of William and Mary fame!
