Hurray!

D went off early-ish to the island, although peak season has passed and they won't be getting that many visitors in October. I went up the allotment, left Aquadulce seeds for Willie in his shed, dug a bit, hoed a bit, clipped about a metre's worth of hedge and felt quite knackered. The last sunflower has finally opened out - really didn't think it would make it. Think I sowed this one, since it's a non-standard colour. The big one in the background came through a treat, as well. Lots of small flying persons enjoying them.

Home to write emails and stuff. OMG, there's a rumour of a gig - not exactly in the offing though, this time next year.
