Chasewater

Getting ready for an adventure, I delivered a huge bag of paperbacks to the Hospice charity shop, called into Aldi, and then decided I couldn’t miss this glorious morning.

Chasewater is a beautiful lake and on an ordinary Thursday morning, it’s popular but not heaving. The light was stunning and it’s still quite flooded and soggy.

I had some pretty lake shots, but couldn’t resist this friendly duck.
