Paradise City

Another day in paradise. Well, that’s what old Californian Jack used to say every morning when he was staying here. And goodbye Kris Kristofferson, one of the immortals. I’d say off to paradise but I’m more of an evidence based guy. Or try to be.
A boat club meeting on zoom in the evening but before then much reading about the 1950s - the H-bomb debates in cabinet, the Suez debacle. It put me in a rare mood to hear about the latest tit for tattery between Iran and Israel. Iran’s nuclear facilities must surely now be battening down their hatches.
Will “we” be reading about it in 70 years time?
