Sheepdog on da Roonds

A beautiful calm morning, all day actually.  Lovely sunshine all day, and so much warmer. Beautiful calm evening. 

Up early, headed out to work.  Another day working with Cliffy on the mini essykert.  Around Lerwick picking up plastic recycling waste this morning.  After break, black bags waste from Sand, Skeld, Silwick, Westerwick, Culswick and West Burrafirth.  Walkies with Sammy before tea, then down for my shift in the shop.  A busy night with the fine weather.  Last walkies, then early to bed. 

Summer hasn't given up on us just yet, and a lucky day for cruise ship passengers to be in too.  I fairly enjoyed being outside for most of the day. It wasn't just us humans enjoying life today, we were greeted by many happy animals, mostly dogs.  Dogs seem to love the essykert (bin lorry), and come bouncing up when we arrive.  This was one of two sheepdogs that came up to see us here, a quick clap and away again.  A happy pup at Hestaford, near Brig o Waas, Sandsting.
