A wonderful surprise

My daughter gave me this Fishbone Cactus( Zig Zag Plant) for Mother’s Day. This morning, when I came downstairs and opened the kitchen door, there was a wonderful scent of eau de cologne in the kitchen and I saw that there was a flower as well as ten more buds on the cactus and it had this amazing scent. Just as well it lives indoors, and seems to like its position near the window, as it wouldn’t survive outside in this awful weather. . Heavy rain again all day. Off to visit some friends for tea later and I hope the rain stops by then.
