Patterns

Nearly didn't swim this morning because of my awful stomach. But glad I did. 

Outside it was wet and dreich and I had a meeting before heading west. Sorted a few things there then back east in the rain. 

Faffed with some Ancestry and Family Search and had spag carbonara and watched the rest of Sleeper Train. 

Hopefully will catch up on last night's lost sleep tonight.
