Half

Today's run was a half-marathon, which didn't seem much of a challenge given some of the runs I've done since I've been here. And after I'd run out along the coast, I felt like I was turning back early! 

But it was all fine, although my thighs were a little tired following yesterday's hill sprints. 

Also, look at that sky. The weather was supposed to turn, this week, but it was gorgeous today.
