Not Twins?

My girl came by again this morning with her two fawns. I'm seriously wondering whether she perhaps is fostering the younger one. Surely if she had twins they would both be at the same stage of losing their baby spots and getting their first winter coat? And surely they'd be pretty much the same size? Maybe the littler one lost its mum and started hanging with an aunt and her fawn? Maybe it is in fact considerably younger than the other one?

The extra is a woodland box turtle we encountered today.

We're getting more rain - for the next three or four days! Bringing our drought to an end, I hope.
