Dymchurch
A bracing 6.5 mile round trip from Dymchurch to New Romney. All the way out a strong south easterly battered our faces and on the way back propelled us along at a fair old lick.
The tide was very low, as you can see, meaning we were able to walk along a part of the beach that we’ve not done before.
Towards the end, the sun came out, lighting up the golden sands. Great cloudscapes today too with cumulus bubbling up under a higher alto cumulus - although not here.
Pleased you liked yesterday’s blip of Rolvenden signalbox. It’s a real privilege to be able to work this box and be so close to the service trains and the yard
