RHUBARB CRUMBLE AND CREAM
Some times all you need is an old, well loved and trusted friend.
Spent the day quietly at home, catching up with harvesting (hence the rhubarb) inventing new ways to cook courgettes, gorging on tender wee broad beans, watering, watering and more watering. Completed the name tape sewing in siesta time and back out to hack my way through the undergrowth at the cool end of the garden and to provide support for the VIP's pumpkins. But most of all, I just hung out with the Professor, my old, well loved and much trusted friend.
And you thought I was talking about rhubarb crumble.
