La Quinceañera

Today we visited the US Botanic Garden.
While we had parking I walked up to the Grant Memorial to take a photo of the US Capitol (extra.) There is a huge pile of construction material in front of the building. I am guessing that it is for building the inauguration platform for our new president in January.
