Temptation

Today I headed off to pick Isobel up from her gymnastics class, take her out for a snack then on to her Dance class, phew life is hectic.after picking her up from that I then took her home where we waited for mum and Eilidh , Dad was on nights so needed to sleep. Home for lunch then Colin and I went out to church. We matched the previous arborist report to the trees in the grounds so we could make sense of it then went home and contacted an arborist who had been recommended to us to come and do an up to date survey and report.
My next task was to peel a large quantity of windfall apples. I stewed some and made an Eve's pudding with some others.
It was absolutely delicious and we had lots of extra apple to go with it. The rest will be frozen.
