Fungi

Went for a walk from Birnam this morning, up through the woods by the burn and across open country to Glen Garr. We had thought of going up Craig Obney but the route we'd taken would have involved steep heather and bracken bashing to we chickened out of the final bit.
Back down to Birnam by a partially different route and then tea and cake in the cafe. Nearly 10miles althogether, mostly cloudy but it did get warmer as the day went on.
Quite a lot of fungi, this group was just a small part of the ones on 3 dead trunks of a tree.
