Thistle

Thanks for the stars and hearts for yesterday's blip, who would have thunk a cabbage would be so honoured!
Today's offering is a thistle head and I hadn't noticed the fly-away seeds until I uploaded it. It was taken during a chilly morning run and getting down low enough to get the angle wasn't easy.
After my run I went out to visit a friend who needed some help with sorting out paperwork, we were reasonably successful.
A late lunch was followed by gardening and a little while sitting with my crochet - though I was well wrapped up.
