Smile

Today I'm smiling as it was a relaxed day... a lazy start, followed by a walk to the butcher's then on round to ASDA. The butcher and I have been chatting, you know just the general stuff, what have you been doing today etc. Well last Saturday I found out that he used to goto a Baptist church in Glasgow many years ago and had drifted away. So today I gave him a hand written invite to a local Baptist church where I will be preaching tomorrow morning. He seemed really chuffed that I had taken the trouble to write an invitation. He can't come tomorrow but said he will very soon! You see there are lots of folks out there, who would come if invited... that's what the initiative The Big Welcome is all about!

Anyway... the rest of the day was lazy. And I have dispatched hubby south to England on the train as his nephew's baby girl is being "christened" tomorrow. So I'm all alone in the flat... but I'm not scared, because Bear will keep me safe!

Oh yea, the blip! Well I fancied some watermelon and it always reminds me of a big smile... so the two onions (for a bolognese) and a coffee pod were added to complete the face :)
