What a day! We had a little more sense of the layout around town and enjoyed the meandering even more. It’s such a gorgeous city with such beautiful colours on the buildings that it felt that being outside was being in a gallery or a museum. We popped into several churches and stopped often to just gaze upon the place.

We had a great time at the Sette Chiese (seven churches kinda merging into one) and found a lovely café nearby with a very charming, funny waitress. We could have just sat outside drinking lemonade all day. And a delicious ice cream place was just up the street…
