Sharp - Felting

When we were going to Skye on holiday and were expecting to have bad weather - which we didn't have - Eve and I bought a felting pack from John Lewis to keep us busy.  I didn't know what I was letting myself in for.  It was quite a strenuous activity as you needed to felt - stab and stab and stab at the fluffy material until it was very much reduced in size. The needles were exceedingly sharp and you had to work quickly and I jabbed myself many times.  You can just make out the needles in the white blob on the left. 
This is as far as I got, but now that I brought the pack out of a cupboard, I'll have another go at it.  MAYBE.
