Not yet....
It's not Winter yet!
I can always tell when the weather has finally turned, as the fish in the pond stop coming for food. They go into some form of suspended animation/hibernation till Spring and no longer eat. I don't know how many are in the pond, I think there most be nigh on 20, but they're not very easy to count! Until that time comes, the daily feeding frenzy continues.
Today we visited Colin's cousin, she of Saturday's 70th birthday party. Her daughter and 15 month old grandson are visiting from New Zealand, they go home next Saturday having been here for just under 3 weeks . We had tea and birthday cake and delivered our birthday gifts.
I did my spell in the Charity shop today and picked up a couple of jackets for my big girls if they want them. Ali is coming tomorrow to have a look.
Thanks for all the lovely comments on my little girls' birthdays yesterday and the day before. Two down and two to go. The other two granddaughters are both on the 29th December so a lot of water under the bridge before then
