Meanwhile, in Germany …….

Apologies for a collage of photos that have beamed their way across the ether from Germany. Lili is obviously having a whale of a time with her German family in the little town of Itzehoe north of Hamburg - and yes, the weather is very much better there! 

I decided this was an improvement on any of the pretty rubbish shots I took yesterday,  and Lili’s always good at bringing a smile! There’s fun with Oma (German granny), munching pizza crusts, and some very confident standing! 

Here it’s been a pretty uneventful day - though there are two pieces of good news! Firstly, we have a call from a car hire company in Rochdale who will be driving our replacement car over tomorrow - finally, after a week we will have a replacement for our poorly Kia! 

Secondly - amazingly, I manage to get through to the Urology ward at my local hospital after some 12 failed attempts, and equally amazingly, get an appointment for Thursday morning to hopefully sort out my latest catheter problems arising from last week’s procedure. Fingers crossed ……
