A Perfect Start

The forecast was for wind speeds of 10 and cloud cover. Instead, it was sunny and calm for our swim in Bassenthwaite Lake.
We chatted and laughed as we swam across the lake.
It was so beautiful sitting on the lake side after our swim drinking tea and enjoying our snacks.

The sun didn’t last and had disappeared by the time I got home.
