I had a foot appointment first thing. It was a young physio and I was very impressed with his knowledge and advice. No surgery these days they advised topical cream and or electric shock wave therapy. He’s getting me fitted for individualised insoles.

Next I collected and paid for 2 months worth of car parking for my vaccinating job. I also popped into the office to recheck all my passwords worked. Another phone call to IT and I was away and ready for Monday.
