The sun was up and shining brightly well before I had finished my walk today. Sunrise was at 6.17am this morning. That will change dramatically next Sunday when New Zealand switches to Daylight Saving. So I have only a week to enjoy this early morning light. The evenings are lighter too . I love going out into the garden at dusk to breathe in the glorious fragrance of spring flowers and shrubs. The evening air was intoxicating tonight. .
