Saturday: Celebrations

It was an early departure from Belize City this morning as I needed to be back down in Belmopan by just after 8am.  The culmination of this week’s celebrations was the Independence Day celebration outside the National Assembly.  It felt much classier than in previous years.

Following a final reception, I was home by early afternoon.  It was nice to just chill for the rest of the day.
