Caught Red Handed!

Hands against the wall and spread 'em!

We stopped by a park in Traverse City tonight after dinner. I was thinking it would be a good place to spot some birds, but we didn't see any other than a seagull. We did, however, stumble upon a squirrel haven! (There were dozens of them... I lost count after a while.) These little thief's and garbage pickers had plenty of food to choose from. I saw one with a cookie, another with a slice of watermelon and yet another with a half eaten apple. I think this one got caught with a bit of pizza crust. The sun was shining at a low angle creating a spotlight effect and all I can think of, when I look at this, is a squirrel arrest. ;) Hands up little guy, you've been caught!

It was such a nice night for a photo walk through the park. The temperature seems to have dropped quite a bit and is finally tolerable. Yeah! :))

It's been a crazy day and I'm wiped out. I'll need to catch up tomorrow... If I try to comment or do replies tonight, I'm afraid they wouldn't even be coherent. :-/ (I've had to edit the above dozens of times... hope I didn't leave any glaring errors or weirdness.) Good night all.
