Meeting the teachers is not like it used to be

Managed to get up again thanks to the miracle of Hallie. Still waiting for the arrival of the Word docs from my client – so started the day by focusing on making some reservations for accommodation in our future Portugal trip. I’m using booking.com, which is pretty good on the whole. Got Lisbon and the Algarve done for very good prices. And we are staying on a sailboat while we are in Lisbon.
 
Got a definite answer that there is NO word document for my translation… Oh well. Started work on it, then went for my 3pm physio appointment with Youssef. He had an intern with him who looked 12. Is it me, or does everyone… ?
 
Ottawacker Jr. had a “Back to School/Meet the Teacher” BBQ arranged, so we wandered up there around 4:30. He’s been doing well so far. The only time my parents got to meet the teachers were in formal environments. I think the idea of actually sharing a burger with them would never have crossed anyone’s mind.
