Bureaucracy, television subscriptions, and Tylenol

Again, woke up to the alarm clock, but was feeling quite sick. First thing to do was sort out the DAZN subscription, as Liverpool were playing AC Milan in the Champions League later in the day and I had cancelled it at the end of last season. When I got it originally, you could split the feed between three people, so I had bought it and shared it with Mitch and my godson. But then they removed that little crumb of comfort, almost doubled the price, and (and this was the killer) seemingly prevented me from watching it at all. The channel would never load for me, so I ended up not watching matches or having to go to the pub.  The thought of negotiating the bureaucracy necessary to sign up again was a complete pain in the arse and, indeed, it took forever.

Anyway, I did it, then did a bit of work, and wandered down to the gym for my session with Anna. She kindly agreed to move it forward (again with the soccer) but, as a part payment for her kindness, she told me she was going to push me a little more. Actually, it went really well and she was on top form. Also on top form were Liverpool, who absolutely battered AC Milan (after a somewhat shaky start).

Cooked dinner and got into a bad mood for some reason, which was probably due to the sudden pain in my back I had. Took a couple of Tylenol and sat with a heat pad for a while. The pain and the bad mood both subsided pretty quickly.

Blip is of Ottawacker Jr.'s attempt at a "moody photo" while having his breakfast.
