Under the Curry Tree

I used this lovely late summer‘s day for lots of gardening, but also sat and read in the sunshine for a hour or so. The blip shows what I saw when I looked up from the deck chair. It‘s a Curry tree that has been growing in a pot for almost 20 years now. After my first visit to India, I had fallen in love with the delicious taste of the aromatic leaves of this plant, and bought a tiny seedling. 

It likes to stay outside in the summer months, but will soon have to come into the house again. But today, the curry tree and I did enjoy the sun on this last day of summer.
