I love this shoe designer and have several pairs of her shoes and as there’s a few of them on Vinted and the sizing is a bit unpredictable, I wanted to try some on so I didn’t make a time consuming mistake.  I felt able to toy with the shop as I walked in wearing a pair.  

I had time to kill as I of course now I don’t have an office in London I can’t just plan my meetings round sitting at my desk.  

I went up mid morning and picked up something I’d had repaired before trying on the shoes, hanging out in a very pretty little pub in Marylebone with a sparkling water, before meeting Piers and Manda for lunch at Lina Stores.  They were both amazing and we had fun and they were supportive and practical. 

Rushed back on the 3.30 train and went on to the theatre in Chichester to see The Spy Who Came in from the Cold as I knew the writer.  I’m glad I did it but I was shattered when I got home.
