Yellow
This has been the strangest year. Because my focus has been elsewhere I have left the garden to its own devices. I haven’t planted anything, although I have tried to keep it tidy.
Rudbeckia is a star of autumn, and - with anemone, late clematis and sedum - is providing a lot of colour in the garden this September. Insect numbers are well down though. Quite worrying.
The continuing kitchen project is providing an interesting context for the plants (extra). Once it’s all finished I face a big clean up project.
