Bzzz!

Wigan won their match last night, 62-0. They bombed another four potential tries too. Best of all they managed it without injuries or possible disciplinary issues. Salford's kids put up a fight and will learn loads from the experience. Wigan won the League Leaders shield. It maybe doesn't have the kudos of the Challenge Cup or Superleague trophy, but as all the players interviewed said, it's the hardest to win as it requires consistency over the whole season.

This morning Brian ordered tickets for us to go to the play off semi final in a fortnight. I've never actually been to a play off game before!

Work was busy today. Chaotic at times, but we got there in the end. I'd been quite tired this morning as this past few weeks or so Minstrel has started letting us know, quite insistently, when his litter needs cleaning. He woke me up at 1.30 AM this morning!

I took this photo of a bee on buddleia on my walk home from work. It's pretty much the only one I've taken today.

This evening all the lights in the house stopped working. Something tripped the switch. Brian has made them work again - hopefully they'll continue... I don't fancy sitting in the dark all night!
