My orchids are still in flower.

This is a bit of an E.B. really.
I had an appointment with the chiropractor this morning.
Up to now, at 4:15pm it has been a dull day with a cool breeze and a threat of rain.
At the moment it feels a touch warmer outside but I feel cold indoors!
I’m sitting with my snuggle blanket having first of all gone through some reading for French which Thierry gave us on Monday.
Then a long conversation with a friend who has had a procedure on one of her eyes. She is doing well, but hasn’t been outdoors yet, except when her husband took her for her checkup.
As I haven’t been anywhere, where I could see a photo opportunity, I’ve taken one of two of my orchid plants. The pink and white one was a gift last year and this is its second flowering. I can already see another shoot with some flower buds appearing,
I learned how to look after orchids from Blipper MeToo who has green fingers.
It is the Autumn Equinox on Sunday,
So glad I made the most of that brief burst of summer.
