Paisley Art Institute viewing

Lyon & Turnbull viewing for the fundraising sale of part of the collection. There are one or two great paintings, some very poor things, and some damage requiring repair .. not the usual curation job from the auctioneers. Interesting to watch the people as well as look at the pictures. 

Out in the morning to look at leaf colours in Queen St gardens. In extras. Afternoon walk in the sun to Pilrig Park.  A much cooler day, 13C high compared to the 20C highs earlier in the week; wind from the N and E.
