Three in Tavira

Left first thing this morning, down through Spain, to meet up with Mike's sister and s-i-l, in Tavira, here for a holiday. In the photo, if you look closely, you'll see a very tanned, very naked man - there were a few of them walking about, seemed a bit odd - were we on some sort of naturist beach? But plenty of other folk fully clothed. Anyway...

When we got the ferry back from Tavira Island, the high tide had overflowed the river banks and was flooding the streets, extra of right next to our hotel, thankfully didn't reach our car in the car park. And here for Mike's Blip, of where we'd had breakfast earlier. Reminded us of walking through St Mark's Square at high tide in Venice.

Gratefuls:
- as always, safe driving
- a swim in the sea, in the calm and extremely clear waters of the Ria
- a gelato from one of my favourite places, by the Roman Bridge

And, of course, being with family.
