On Tour

After an over cast start to the day the sun put in an appearance. It was too good to avoid getting out and about. A short trip to Castle Howard was in order. Still a lot of colour in the walled garden and the bees and butterflies were making the most of a feed.

Rather liked the photographer by the Atlas Fountain. Despite lots of cars in the car park it was remarkably quiet. Although the cafe was doing good business.

Home to.bake some flapjack and a blackberry and apple crumble. Now to start focusing on our forthcoming holiday in Norfolk.
