York Minster

After Power Pilates a quick trip to York. Picked up some trousers for Richard at Rohan. Felt like a tourist as I went through Monks Bar, past York Minster and then down Stonegate. A beautiful day to enjoy my home city.

Back home a quick bite to eat before a circuit on the bike. With the sun out I possibly underestimated the temperature or was it the wind chill? Either way I was only just the right side of cool.

Just time to get tea on the go before Richard arrived back from dialysis.
