Food is love

Yesterday I had a bad day. 
Then after dinner I was still hungry, so hungry, I couldn’t believe how hungry. 
The woman in the extra made me food. 

When I was a kid my mother taught me how to make a grilled cheese sandwich because she thought it was simple enough that someone my age could do it and she wanted me to be able to eat if my father kidnapped me. 
Divorce.
I had a childhood. 

This woman made me grilled cheese sandwiches but better, with onions and tomato in them. She cut off the edges! No one has ever cut off the edges for me. I felt like a loved, cherished little kid. 

And I was no longer hungry. 

Ukrainian drones attacked a weapons depot filled with missiles 300 miles inside Russia, The base housed Iskander tactical missiles, Tochka-U missile systems, antiaircraft missiles, North Korean missiles, artillery ammunition, and glide bombs. Ukraine destroyed all of them. The explosion was so intense they were picked up by NASA satellites and earthquake monitors.


Explosions rocked one of Russia's strategic bomber bases in the city of Engels. This was the home of Russian Tu-95 and Tu-160 strategic bombers. They are able to carry out nuclear and conventional long-range strikes and have repeatedly been used to launch missile attacks on Ukraine. Don’t know how much damage was done but there were explosions.
