The Boys

Not been an easy day for me today, I had a meeting along with my two sisters and social services to discuss the future of my dad.

Sadly dad won't be going home but into a care home as he won't be capable of looking after himself as he now has dementia.

So the next few weeks will be a busy time looking at suitable homes for dad.

Dad and I have always been close after I lost my mum at an early age and he's always been very old fashion in thinking men should work and ladies stay at home, so he found it incredibly hard to except that we are having to take control of all this now and it was hard for me to sit there and see my dad cry.

Thankfully I do have alot to thank these little dogs for when I come home and get a great welcome and then get to take them on a relaxing walk.
