Light entertainment

Low tide

At Wardie bay.  Went out there first thing. The slope is still very gentle so there's a walk out to the water; there was a light West wind and warm sunshine at this point, though there was a cloud haze before I got out. This sand is brown because there's a good proportion of coal dust in it.

The Seven Seas Splendor is the cruise ship out at the mooring; it was running tenders into Newhaven. (She's now in Newcastle).

Warm sunshine later, 20C high. Walk around the town after supper.
