Poppy

Found a few random poppies springing up along the lane this morning…this was the best of them, some of the others were well battered!

I like the cheeky little seed head poking around the edge of the petals, even though it is not in focus!!

Many thanks for the birthday wishes yesterday - I had a fab (boozy) weekend and have had a bit of a lazy day today!!
